One of the most meaningful parts of running Dream Decor & Events is seeing familiar faces come back to celebrate another milestone. Every event is special, but there is something extra special about a client trusting us not once, but twice. When a family chooses us for their baby shower and then returns a year later for their baby's first birthday, it means so much to us.

Recently, we had the opportunity to experience exactly that. We decorated a client's Winnie the Pooh baby shower, and then, about a year later, they returned to us to celebrate their little one's first birthday with Winnie the Pooh again! Seeing the theme go from welcoming a sweet baby into the world to celebrating that baby's first year made the second event feel even more meaningful.

Winnie the Pooh is also incredibly versatile when it comes to décor. The classic palette of honey yellow, warm beige, soft brown, sage green, ivory, and touches of red creates a nostalgic Hundred Acre Wood feeling. For a softer baby shower, you can use cream, muted yellow, dusty blue, sage, and natural wood tones. For a first birthday, adding brighter yellow and Pooh's signature red can make the celebration more playful.
