Our décor packages are designed for clients who want a beautiful, professionally coordinated celebration without the cost of full service event decorating.

The photos shown on this page are sample designs intended to demonstrate the size and items included with each package. Your package can be customized to complement your desired theme, colors, and design using our available inventory. Balloons may be customized in up to three colors.

All packages are Grab & Go rentals from our Des Moines, WA location. Your décor and balloons will be prepared and ready for pickup. Clients are responsible for transportation, setup, takedown, and return.

Additional backdrops, rental items, decorative accents, and other custom upgrades may be added for an additional fee.

Chiara Arch Packages

Chiara Arch Level 1 - $250

A simple & beautiful statement setup perfect for birthdays, baby showers, celebrations, and smaller events.

Package Includes:

- 1 Chiara arch backdrop (6.6ft)
- 1 Standard arch cover
- Personalized wording or standard sign
- Balloon garland (up to 3 colors)
- 1 Pedestal
- 1 Standard decorative accent

Chiara Arch Level 2 - $400

Our larger Chiara package is perfect for clients looking for a fuller, more elevated backdrop setup.

Package Includes:

2 Chiara arch backdrops (7ft & 6ft)
2 Standard arch covers
Personalized wording or standard sign
Balloon garland (up to 3 colors)
2 Pedestals
2 Standard decorative accents
1 Personalized welcome sign with easel

Standard Decorative Accents May Include:

Existing stuffed animal
Faux greenery or floral arrangement
Existing reusable themed prop
Mylar balloon

Custom Upgrades Available With All Packages

Additional balloon clusters may be added for additional fee.
Custom cutouts, specialty props, premium florals, additional pedestals, additional signage, and other personalized items are available for an additional fee.

Boxwood/Shimmer wall Packages

Boxwood/Shimmer Level 1 - $250

A beautiful statement backdrop perfect for birthdays, showers, graduations, anniversaries, and special celebrations.

Choose from an available boxwood wall or shimmer wall.

Heavy-duty backdrop stand

Our seating packages make it easy to create a coordinated and polished guest table setup.

Choose a Tablescape Package if your venue already provides tables and chairs, or add our furniture option if you need Dream Decor & Events to provide them.

CUSTOM & PREMIUM DECOR

Our standard packages are designed using decor and rental inventory currently available through Dream Decor & Events.

Items purchased, printed, or created specifically for your event are considered custom upgrades and may require an additional fee.

Custom upgrades may include:

- Custom cardboard or foamboard cutouts
- Large personalized signs
- Specialty printed backdrop covers
- Custom-designed props
- Specialty florals
- Premium greenery
- Additional balloon garland
- Additional pedestals
- Additional signage
- Specialty balloon colors or finishes
- Special-order themed decor

Pricing for custom upgrades will be provided before booking.

IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION

All packages are Grab & Go / Self-Setup rentals.

Decor is picked up from our Des Moines, WA location and returned after your event according to your rental agreement.

Clients are responsible for:

- Pickup
- Transportation
- Setup
- Takedown
- Return of rental items

Dream Decor & Events prepares your decor so that your setup is as simple and straightforward as possible.

Reservation

A 50% payment is required to reserve your event date.

Remaining balance is due on the day of pickup.

A refundable security deposit may also be required depending on the rental items included.

Custom requests may result in an additional charge.
