How does the rental process work?
Reserve your package, pick up your rental items on the scheduled date, set up at your event location, and return the items the following day.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
At this time, Dream Decor offers self-pickup and self-return packages only.
How difficult is assembly?
Most packages are designed for easy assembly. Balloon garlands arrive pre-made and freestanding, and simple setup instructions are provided.
Will the rental items fit in my vehicle?
Most packages fit in an SUV with the seats folded down. We will let you know if a larger vehicle is recommended for your selected package.
How long does setup take?
Most customers complete setup in 30–45 minutes.
What is required to reserve my date?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on pickup day.
When do I return the rental items?
Rental items are returned the day after your event unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit equal to 25% of the rental total, with a minimum deposit of $50, is required for all rental orders. The deposit will be returned after all rental items have been returned and inspected.
What happens if an item is damaged, lost, or not returned?
A refundable security deposit is required for all rental orders. Customers are responsible for all rental items from pickup until return. If an item is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, is missing, or is not returned, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit. If replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.
What happens if an item is damaged or missing?
Customers are responsible for damaged, lost, or missing rental items. Replacement costs will be charged as needed.
Can I customize my package?
Yes! We offer a variety of colors, themes, and add-on options to help personalize your celebration.
Do you provide balloons?
Yes. Balloon garlands are available with our backdrop packages and are professionally designed in your selected color palette.
Can I use your packages outdoors?
Many of our packages can be used outdoors. Please contact us before booking so we can recommend the best options for your event location.
